Your contributions can have an even greater impact through an employee matching gift program. Many corporations sponsor matching gift programs through which they will match the charitable financial commitments of their employees.

If your employer has a matching gift program, obtain a matching gift application form from your Human Resources or Personnel Department. Many corporations also have this form available for downloading on their Web site.

Fill out the matching gift application form and send it to:

The Foundation will complete the form and send it to your employer.

Your employer will send the matching gift to the Foundation, sometimes doubling or tripling the amount of your contribution!
